Pixlcat Coffee makes naturally gluten-free butter mochi — a chewy, rich Hawaiian dessert made from mochiko rice flour, not wheat. Our Charlestown café has closed and we are relocating to a new flagship in Natick, Massachusetts.

Why naturally gluten-free

Butter mochi uses mochiko (glutinous rice flour) instead of wheat. Despite the misleading name, mochiko contains zero gluten. Our recipe is gluten-free by design, not by substitution.
